At Thin Film service we design, manufacture a variety of thin film deposition systems and etchers. For instance, standard optical DLC coaters, like our CLARUS and OPTIKA. In addition, our semiconductor pedestal contact surface system OMNIA for both JR and Coulomb principle pedestals. Lastly, and our most popular standard tool is the ABLUO etcher. And lastly, but not less importantly, we designed for our customers several one-off tools, including E-beam, Hollow cathode PVD and PECVD, DLC and DLN, reel-to-reel and equipment for universities or laboratories.
Thin Film Coatings
Thin Film Service not only focused on film stacks and multilayered films, however it spent 10 years of research in transitional, doped and blended films , therefore offering unique properties like extreme heat resistance, high bendability and stress free film, and most importantly, often eliminated the need for seed layers.
